Public tool privacy and retention
Computer_TG uses temporary PDF, OCR, and metadata utilities. These tools are not a customer account system and are not a substitute for CTG service intake, order tracking, or staff records. Metadata removal reduces accidental disclosure but does not anonymize visible contents, faces, landmarks, addresses, reflections, document text, annotations, attachments, or prior content that requires separate redaction.
Short retention
Uploaded source files, OCR results, and generated outputs are configured for automatic cleanup after the guest retention window.
Private downloads
Downloads use short-lived signed links and are not listed publicly.
