These terms describe the public website and the service expectations it communicates for Computer_TG.
Informational Website
The Computer_TG website provides general information about services, pricing, order status access, reports, contact options, and business inquiries. It does not create a full online repair request or replace in-person device intake.
In-Person Intake
Hardware diagnostics and repair begin when a device is received through Computer_TG check-in. Scope, pricing, parts needs, timing, and service availability may change after inspection.
Pricing And Availability
Published pricing is starter guidance and may change. Final pricing can depend on device condition, parts, data size, urgency, safety, service complexity, and customer approval.
Backups And Customer Data
Customers are responsible for important backups unless a documented backup, data transfer, drive wipe, or drive destruction service is requested and accepted by Computer_TG.
Order Status And Access Codes
Order numbers and one-time access codes are intended for the customer or authorized recipient. Keep them private. Computer_TG may limit, rotate, or expire access codes to protect service information.
Reports And Diagnostics
Customer reports summarize service findings and actions in plain language. Internal technician records may include deeper diagnostic artifacts that are retained for service continuity and future troubleshooting.
Electronics Recycling And Donations
Not all electronics can be accepted. Batteries, damaged lithium devices, CRT displays, hazardous materials, and large appliances may be declined or referred to a certified recycler. CTG may refurbish, resell, donate, harvest, or recycle accepted devices.
Limitations
Computer_TG works to provide practical, documented service, but website information and service reports are not a guarantee that every issue can be reproduced, repaired, or prevented in the future.
