Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Computer_TG handles information connected to the public website, contact inquiries, optional analytics and advertising verification, and service report access.

Information We Collect

Computer_TG may collect information you choose to submit through the contact form, including name, email, optional phone number, message details, business inquiries, pre-visit questions, and electronics donation or recycling questions.

If you use Order Status & Reports, the operations portal may use your order number and one-time access code to show service progress and completed reports. Full repair intake happens in person.

Analytics, Ads, And Cookies

When configured, this website may include Google Analytics 4 scripts for verification with Google Consent Mode storage denied by default. After optional consent, Computer_TG may measure page visits and basic interactions such as order status clicks, phone or email clicks, contact form events, services and pricing visits, and recycling or donation interactions.

When configured, this website may include Google AdSense verification scripts with advertising storage denied by default until optional consent is granted. Computer_TG does not place visible ads by default.

Consent preferences are stored in local browser storage so the site can remember whether optional analytics or advertising verification scripts are allowed.

Service Providers

Computer_TG uses Cloudflare for public website routing and security. Cloudflare and the hosting environment may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, request path, user agent, time, and error information.

The contact form is prepared for Resend email delivery. If Resend is configured, submitted messages may be sent through Resend to the Computer_TG inbox. If Resend is not configured, the form opens a prefilled email instead.

Customer And Device Data

Customer records, work orders, service reports, diagnostic notes, and related technical artifacts are handled through Computer_TG service operations after intake. Customer-facing reports are separate from internal technician records.

Storage devices, data wipe requests, drive removal, destruction guidance, and donation or recycling intake should be discussed directly with Computer_TG. Customers should not assume data has been removed unless a wipe or destruction service has been requested and documented.
