What to bring.
- The complete document requiring notarization
- Current, valid government-issued photo identification
- All required signers
- Any required witnesses not supplied by Computer_TG
- Do not sign the document beforehand if the notarial act requires the signature to occur in the notary's presence
The notary may need to review the document and identification before determining whether the requested act can be performed.
